Design and develop new courses that meet the needs of the market, including brand culture, products, sales skills, etc.
定期从总部共享平台下载最新材料，以确保产品宣称及内容的高度统一性
Regularly download the material from the HQ platform to ensure the uniformity for all of our produt
负责开展全国的in class training及TTT培训项目
Responsible for conducting in-class training and TTT training programs 
及时跟进培训需求及反馈，并不断优化授课方式及课件内容
Follow-up training needs and feedback, and optimize the training methods and courseware content

Proficiency in dermatology and professional skin care protocol
- 良好公共演讲经验
Good public speaking experience
- 独立制作PPT课件能力
Independent design courseware ability
- 熟悉使用办公软件
Good knowledge of MS office
- 基础的英文读写能力
Basic English reading and writing skills
