·        ensures the smooth day to day running of the Locker Room facilities, and the Chuan Spa and Health Club is kept at the highest possible standard of cleanliness. 确保更衣室设施设备日常运营操作流畅、川水疗健身中心保持高等洁净水平。 Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities of the Role) 主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作) ·           Follow the Chuan Spa and Health Club operating procedures and provide feedback to the Health Club Supervisor in order to fine tune the standards where applicable. 按照川水疗健身中心标准工作流程展开工作，并提供反馈意见给到健身主管，以便其对相关标准进行适当的调整。 ·           Greet Guests in accordance with the brand standards, escort them to their locker; robe, slippers and towels and explain the wet facilities. 按照品牌标准迎接客人，陪同客人前往对方的更衣室位置；给客人安排浴袍、拖鞋和毛巾，并解说湿区设施。 ·           Escort the Guest to the spa waiting area; ready for the Therapist to greet them as per the spa journey. 将客人指引至水疗等候区，由理疗师依照水疗旅程来接待客人。 ·           Farewell Guests in accordance with the brand standards at the end of their visit prior to returning to the Spa Reception. 在客人从更衣室返回水疗中心接待处以前，按照品牌标准跟客人道别。 ·           Monitor consumable stock on a daily basis and assist with the orders on a weekly basis. 每天监督耗材存货，每星期帮忙安排订购补充。 ·           Be competent in Spa and Health Club product knowledge. 熟知川水疗健身中心产品的知识。 ·           Follow the standard locker room set up and spa journey. 按照准布置和水疗之旅的要求布置更衣室。 ·           To be fully aware of the daily treatment booking schedule and to keep updated with any changes throughout the day. 全面了解日常的疗程预订时间表，并悉知任何改动。 ·           Ensure that you take your break at the scheduled time and as agreed with Spa Reception. 确保您按照跟水疗中心接待处议定的时间休息。 ·           Check the deep cleaning of the Chuan Spa and Health Club on a daily basis and report any issues to the Health Club Supervisor. 每天查看川水疗健身中心营业时间内的深度清洁情况，如果发现任何事宜，立即跟高健身主管汇报。 ·           Ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the Spa is maintained on a day to day basis. Strictly monitor each area of the Spa / Club and complete the daily cleaning schedules. 确保水疗中心每天维持高度的卫生和整洁水平。严格监督川水疗健身中心每个区域，完成日常清洁时间表。 ·           Monitor the consumption and usage of all Locker Room amenities and replenish accordingly. 监督所有更衣室用品的消耗量和使用情况，及时加以补充。 ·           Handle any chemicals in accordance with the Hotel safety standards and manufacturers guidelines. 按照酒店安全标准和制造商指示处理任何化学品。 ·           Collect all used towels / linen and re-stock with clean. 收集所有用过的毛巾/布草，并重新添上洁净的毛巾/布草备用。 ·           Ensure adequate supply of cold towels and serve them as directed. 确保冷毛巾供应充足，并提供给有需求的客人。 ·           Count all used towels / linen and fill out the laundry control sheets prior to sending to the Hotel laundry. 计算所有用过的毛巾/布草数目，在送交酒店洗衣部门以前，填写洗衣控制表。 ·           Ensure sufficient clean towels / linen is available in the Spa / Club and collects from the Hotel Laundry on a daily basis. 确保川水疗健身中心备有足够的清洁毛巾/布草使用，并每天从酒店洗衣部门领取清洗洁净的部分。 ·           Ensure all brand standards; use of Guest name, Guest Comfort, Guest Refreshment etc. is constantly trained and monitors to achieve the highest level of service. 确保不断接受所有品牌标准的培训和监督：包括客人称呼、客人舒适度和休息安排等，从而达到高等的服务水平。

职位简介 负责会所的日常工作。 主要工作职责 1.处理会所的日常工作，妥善及时地处理客户的要求、询问和投诉。 2.负责会场布置，健身房、更衣室和洗衣房等的正常运营。 3.协助会所团队积极有效进行销售活动，包括但不仅限于雅星会会员招募以及物业周边产品。如有会场、健身房的额外销售任务，会所要建立对客良好关系，努力增加物业销售。 4.协助成本管理，合理调配资源，降低运营成本。执行本部门的财政预算, 及时有效地跟进处理所有账目，确保账目的准确和在安全账期间内结算。 5.按时完成部门所涉及的培训。 6.上级主管交办的其他工作。

岗位职责: 1.负责温泉泡池的清洗工作。 2.负责温泉园区的茶水、卫生、浴巾等工作。 3.温泉园区开市、收市等工作。 任职要求: 1.初中及以上学历。 2.形象良好，善于沟通，有一定的主动服务意识。
