【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店康体中心游泳馆的日常教学，针对不同年龄段及水性基础的学员制定安全、有效的训练计划。 2、课前检查泳池水质、水温及安全设施，课中全程在岗监护，严格执行救生规范，杜绝安全事故。 3、主动了解会员需求，提供专业的游泳技术指导与咨询服务，协助维护客户关系，提升会员满意度和续课率。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉蛙泳、自由泳、仰泳等主要泳姿，具备标准示范能力，有教学经验者优先。 2、持有游泳救生员证或教练证者优先。 3、具备较强的安全意识和应急处理能力，能冷静应对水中突发情况。 4、形象健康，普通话标准，有良好的亲和力与沟通能力，热爱服务行业。 5、工作认真负责，服从排班安排，能适应周末及节假日轮班，学历、经验、年龄均不限。 工作地址：河南省郑州市金水区金水东路33号美盛喜来登酒店2层

To attend to all malfunctioning equipment and follow ups. Issue work order for maintenance issues. 注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜。 Good command of rescue equipment and rescue skills. Master first aid skills and emergency medical procedures. 熟练运用救生器材和救生技巧，掌握急救技巧和紧急医疗程序。 Before the emergency medical service ready to care and simple disposal. 在紧急医疗服务之前做好护理和简单处置的准备。 Follows Occupational Health and Safety regulations. 遵循职业健康和安全条例。 Ensures adherence to Hotel’s Code of Ethics. 确保遵守酒店的道德准则。 Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor. 随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目。 Update rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship at all time, requests and enquiries on hotel services. 完善客户资料，并始终如一的与客人保持良好关系，根据酒店服务准则解答客人问题。 Maintain of the guest service experience/personalization. 保持给客人提供个性化服务以提升客人体验。 To be vigilant and perform all duties and responsibilities in a manner that ensures safety in all “wellbeing” equipment and facilities are kept in a perfect working condition, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for the guests, as well as a safe working environment for team members. 随时保持警惕性，具有责任心，保证所有设施及器材正常运作，确保客人有舒适安全的体验，确保人才能在安全的环境中工作。
