工作职责：    （一）熟悉游泳池服务知识、掌握游泳和救生急救技术，懂得游泳卫生消毒知识。 （二）掌握在水中急救和陆上救生的基本知识和技巧。 （三）上岗前认真检查设施设备、用品和水质、水温情况，确保游泳池及救生设施设备完好、有效，发现问题及时处理。 （四）严格执行游泳池的安全防范管理制度。 （五）严格执行游泳池服务规范，认真做好巡查工作，注视客人动态，确保客人的安全。 任职资格： （一）中专以上学历，1年以上本岗位工作经验。 （二）熟练掌握各种游资及技巧。 （三）良好的沟通能力和语言表达能力，具有亲和力。 （四）取得《救生员证》。
