【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店康乐区域的日常服务工作,包括健身房、游泳池、SPA等设施的接待与维护;
2、为客人提供专业的服务指导,协助客人正确使用康乐设施,确保其安全与舒适;
3、定期检查康乐设备运行状况,及时上报故障并跟进维修;
4、保持康乐区域的整洁与卫生,确保符合酒店卫生标准;
5、协助处理客人的投诉与建议,提升客户满意度;
6、完成上级交办的其他相关工作。

1、具备良好的服务意识与沟通能力,能够热情、耐心地对待客人;
2、身体健康,能够适应一定强度的体力工作;
3、具备团队合作精神,服从工作安排;
4、无经验要求,愿意学习并接受培训;
5、能适应轮班制工作(包括早班、晚班及节假日)。
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Responsible for the daily service work of the hotel's recreational area, including the reception and maintenance of facilities such as the gym, swimming pool, SPA, etc;
2. Provide professional service guidance to guests, assist them in using recreational facilities correctly, and ensure their safety and comfort;
3. Regularly check the operation status of recreational equipment, report faults in a timely manner, and follow up on repairs;
4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the recreational area to ensure compliance with hotel hygiene standards;
5. Assist in handling customer complaints and suggestions, and improve customer satisfaction;
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.

4. No experience required, willing to learn and receive training;
